Victoria founded Bold Consultancy in 2009 to provide training, coaching, professional supervision and wellbeing support to individuals, businesses and organisations across New Zealand and sometimes further afield.
With qualifications in Adult Education, Coaching, and Counselling including a B.Ed.,Dip.Adv.Comm.Skills, SNZAC, MCIPD, Victoria is committed to academic learning and membership of professional organisations which reflect her commitment to ethical practice, professional standards, and lifelong learning.
With over 26 years of experience, Victoria’s approach combines the practical strategies of leadership development with the reflective depth of counselling and coaching. This unique blend allows her to work with leaders building stronger teams, professionals navigating change, and individuals working through personal transitions.
Victoria has an ability to engage with people, recognise where they need to focus and pinpoint practical strategies to achieve great outcomes.
Victoria works all over the place from her home in Christchurch. She has an incredible passion for what she does and is driven by her life’s passion - which is helping you to achieve.
Away from her professional role, Victoria invests time in travel, connecting with loved ones, and appreciating the beauty of New Zealand - always curious about how people grow, adapt and connect.
Carolyn Bates –Trainer - Facilitator - Coach
A trainer, coach and experienced facilitator. With a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) Carolyn is an expert in helping individuals, teams and organisations to identify and deliver fantastic development solutions.
She has a wealth of L&D expertise, coupled with over 20 years generalist HR experience. Her speciality areas include needs analysis, leadership development, team building, facilitation, performance management, talent management, recruitment and selection, psychometric testing and assessment and coaching.
Carolyn is Kirkpatrick Certified and an essential part of the team.
