I’ve spent my entire career helping people step up, speak out, and thrive. My approach is simple: direct, practical, and grounded in warmth and insight. Over the years, I’ve worked across banking, HR, leadership development, strategy, and training in London, the UK, and now New Zealand. Every role has taught me one thing: people are the heart of every organisation, and helping them grow is where real impact happens.

In 2009, I founded Bold Consultancy to provide training, coaching, professional supervision, and wellbeing support to individuals, teams, and organisations across New Zealand — and sometimes further afield.

With qualifications in Adult Education, Leadership Development, Coaching, and Counselling (B.Ed., Dip.Adv.Comm.Skills and membership of NZAC(s), CIPD (full), I stay committed to ethical practice, professional standards, and lifelong learning.

With over 26 years of experience, I combine the practical strategies of leadership development with the reflective depth of coaching and counselling. This unique blend allows me to work with leaders building stronger teams, professionals navigating change, and individuals managing personal transitions.

I have a knack for engaging with people, identifying where to focus, and pinpointing practical strategies that deliver real results.

I work with individuals, teams, and organisations who are serious about growth — people who want to do more than just survive; they want to lead, inspire, and create lasting change. I also work with individuals seeking clarity, confidence, and resilience as they navigate challenges of life.
