Coaching & Supervision.

A confidential space to think clearly, lead confidently and grow professionally.

Sometimes you don't need advice.

You need space.

  • Space to think without interruption.

  • Space to challenge your own thinking before someone else does.

  • Space to explore difficult conversations before you have them.

  • Space to understand what's really driving your reactions.

  • Space to reconnect with the kind of leader and person you want to be.

Whether we call it coaching or professional supervision, the purpose is the same: creating meaningful conversations that lead to better decisions, stronger leadership, and sustainable personal growth.

How I work

I don't believe the best answers come from someone telling you what to do. My role is to create the space for you to think well - to ask better questions, challenge assumptions and understand more clearly what is really going on.

Our conversations are thoughtful, practical and direct. We might explore a leadership challenge, a difficult relationship, a decision you’re wrestling with, or patterns in how you respond under pressure. The aim isn’t simply insight. It’s to help you think differently and decide what you want to do next.

Leadership doesn't happen in isolation. Work is influenced by life, and life is influenced by work.

When it's relevant, we’ll explore that wider context too - while keeping your professional goals firmly in view.

Coaching

Coaching is ideal if you're looking to move forward, develop your leadership or navigate change with greater confidence.

Together we might focus on:

  • Leadership development and stepping into new roles

  • confidence, self awareness and emotional intelligence

  • Difficult conversations and workplace relationships

  • Decision making, change and transition

  • Meaningful personal and professional goals

Coaching combines reflection with practical action, helping you leave each session with greater clarity and momentum.

Professional Supervision

Professional supervision offers a confidential, reflective space for people whose work involves leading, supporting or carrying responsibility for others.

It gives you an opportunity too step outside the day to day demands of work and think about what’s happening - the difficult situations, relationships, decisions and pressures that can be hard to see clearly when you’re in the middle of them

Supervision can help you:

  • Reflect on complex situations and relationships

  • Strengthen professional judgement and decision making

  • Explore difficult experiences and ethical challenges

  • Recognise patterns in how you respond to pressure

  • Maintain prespective, boundaries and wellbeing

  • Continue devloping as a professional and leader

It’s not about someone supervising your work. It’s about having a dedicated space to think about it.

Which is right for me?

You don't need to know.

Some conversations are clearly coaching. Others are more reflective and better suited to professional supervision. Often there is some overlap.

We’ll start with what you want to think about and work from there, while maintaining clear professional boundaries.

The focus is always the same: helping you think more clearlymand move forward with greater confidence.

OUR PREMIUM PROGRAMMES

Leadership Pathways

For organisations looking to invest more deliberately in leadership development, BOLD offers two structured coaching pathways designed around different stages of the leadership journey.

Rather than a one-off course or occasional coaching session, each pathway provides sustained development over time — creating space to reflect, apply learning in the workplace and build capability as leadership responsibilities evolve.

Leadership Pathway — New Leaders
For people stepping into leadership or still relatively new to the role. The pathway provides structured support through the early stages of leadership — helping participants build confidence, strengthen their judgement, develop their own leadership approach and navigate the challenges that come with leading others.

Leadership Pathway — Experienced Leaders
For established leaders who want something more than conventional leadership training. This pathway creates a dedicated space to step away from the operational demands of the role, examine how they are leading, challenge established thinking and continue developing their judgement, impact and effectiveness.

Both pathways are premium, structured development experiences combining individual coaching, reflection and practical application over time.

Sessions

Sessions are available in person or online via Microsoft Teams.

Individual sessions are typically 60 minutes.

Following each session, I provide brief written notes capturing key insights, reflections and agreed actions.

If you're unsure where to begin, we can start with an initial conversation about what you’re looking for and whether coaching or professional supervision would be the best fit.
